Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t exactly work out and that is completely alright!

We’ll do everything we can to make sure that you are taken care of!If for any reason, you are not 100% happy & satisfied with your Divinius fashion pieces, we will gladly accept returns that meet all 5 of our simple conditions.

1. Item(s) must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed, free of stains & signs of wear with labels and tags still attached.

2. Returns must be shipped to us within 30 days after item(s) are received on your end.

3. All returns must be made through our returns process below.

4. All return delivery costs will be handled by the customer with their own courier service and the shipment that is returned to us must include a tracking number. 

5. The customer will be responsible for their transaction with the postal service and DIVINIUS will not be liable if the returned item(s) are lost, stolen or damaged in the shipping process.

 

Important Notes:

- Refunds will not be provided for 'Return To Sender' parcels.

- Do not return items to us without notifying us first or send items that are returned without tracking.

- Our 30-day return window gives you plenty of time to decide. You pay no return shipping when you opt for Store Credit.

- All item(s) will be thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.

- Wherever possible, to ensure your return is processed quickly, please send all the items you wish to return from the same order in one parcel.

- Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment or store credit.

- Refunds may take up to 7 business days for processing back to the original payment method after approval.

2. After approval & confirmation from our customer success team, please mail back the appropriate item(s) to our Canadian Address with tracking and send us the tracking number at support@divinius.com.

3. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.

Defective, Incorrect or Missing Items

Should you receive a defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item:

Please send an email to our customer success team at support@divinius.com within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the item which clearly displays the issue along with a description of the issue and your order number.

Once we receive your email and assess the situation, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome to ensure a prompt resolution.

 

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes item(s) don’t fit the way you want it or you prefer a different colour of the same item(s) and that is completely alright with us!

We’ll do everything we can to make sure that you are taken care of!

If you are looking to exchange the item(s) you received for a different size or colour of the same item(s), we will gladly accept exchanges that meet all 5 of our simple conditions.

1. Exchanges will only be approved if the item(s) you are requesting are in-stock and the item(s) you are returning are unaltered, unworn, unwashed, free of stains & signs of wear with labels and tags still attached.

SHIPPING & ORDER POLICY

Shipping

All North American orders that exceed $100 will qualify for Free Standard Shipping and will be Exempt from All Customs & Duties!

All orders will be shipped out 1-3 business days from the date of purchase depending on the availability of the item(s). If anything changes, our customer success team will be in contact with you.


Orders that are placed after 12pm PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday morning. Any orders placed on a public holiday will be shipped the following working day.
Express orders will be processed and shipped out same day when placed by 12pm PST.

Important Notes:

- The total price of your Divinius order that is displayed at checkout accounts for all taxes and delivery costs associated with your order. Taxes are calculated according to laws governing the destination address.

- If the delivery address is incorrect on your order’s shipping label, it will be returned to our warehouse by our courier. When the item(s) arrive back at our facilities, we will be in contact with you on the next best steps.


How do I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email which includes a tracking link that will give you all the shipping status updates in regards to your order. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry as your order will usually take around 1-3 business days to be shipped.

Important Note: Tracking can take around 1-2 business days to update after shipping


Are your shipping supplies made of recycled materials?

Yes, all of our shipping supplies are biodegradable & compostable made with at least 90% post consumer recycled materials from FSC or SFI certified suppliers in North America.
Even our shipping labels are made from 100% recycled materials! For the better of our planet, please reuse, repurpose or recycle the packaging!


What is waitlist & preorder and when will my order ship?

We will add in a waitlist option for upcoming collections & styles that we are planning to launch so you can be the first to know on all developments regarding the product and pre-order release date as all our styles will be produced on a limited quantity basis.


We will be offering certain item(s) for sale before they arrive at our warehouse facilities. When you preorder these items, we’ll ship them out 1–3 business days after they become available.

You will be able to tell if you’re purchasing an item that is a preorder item on the product page and also at checkout.

Once you’ve placed your order, you can double-check our estimated restock date on the product page or via our email updates and we’ll make sure to send you a shipping confirmation email once the item is shipped from our warehouse.


U.S.A Delivery

All U.S.A orders will be shipped via USPS Standard Shipping. It can take 2-5 business days to arrive depending on ideal carrier conditions within the contiguous United States.

When you are at checkout, you will also have an option to choose USPS Express Shipping options that are available.


All U.S.A orders that exceed $100 will qualify for Free USPS Standard Shipping.


Canada Delivery

All Canada orders will be shipped via Canada Post Standard Shipping from the Divinius Headquarters located in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia and can take 2-9 business days to arrive depending on carrier conditions within the contiguous Canada.

When you are at checkout, you will also have the option to choose Canada Post Express Shipping options that are available.


All Canadian orders that exceed $100 will qualify for Free Canada Post Standard Shipping.

 

Australia & United Kingdom Delivery

All Australian & United Kingdom orders will be shipped via Canada Post International Shipping from the Divinius Headquarters located in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia and can take 6-10 business days to arrive depending on carrier conditions within the contiguous Australia & United Kingdom.


All Australian & United Kingdom orders that exceed $150 will qualify for Free Shipping using Ascendia International Shipping (8-22 Business Days for Arrival).


International Delivery (Rest of World)

All International (Rest of World) orders will be shipped via Canada Post International from the Divinius Headquarters located in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia.

When you are at checkout, you will also have the option to choose Canada Post International options that are available.

Important Note: Currently, International countries (Rest of World) aren’t applicable for the free shipping offer yet, we are working hard to make this happen so stay tuned!

 

Customs / Duties Fees (For International Customers including Australia & United Kingdom):

As all orders from our stores are shipped directly from Canada, you may be susceptible to customs fees. Customs fees could be charged upon the package reaching the destination country.

You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country you reside in; payment of these fees are necessary to release your order from customs.

The grand total of your order displayed on the checkout does not include any additional customs or duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional duties if required.

Divinius has no control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies
depending on the country you reside in.

Orders

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order AND only if the order is not yet processed. Orders are often shipped right away, so in certain circumstances, a cancellation will NOT be possible, even within the first 12 hours of ordering.

Cancellations aren’t guaranteed, but we will do our best to cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Please email support@divinius.com with your order number immediately if you need to request a cancellation.

Again, we do not guarantee that a cancellation will be possible, so please be sure to review your order prior to checking out and paying.
